Terms of Service
1. The service
Yunisphere provides invoicing, client management, scheduling, and an AI assistant (in-app and via WhatsApp) for small businesses. Yunisphere is currently in a pilot phase: features may change, and access is by invitation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access may be granted, locked, or revoked by the workspace owner or by us during the pilot.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Yunisphere only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not use the WhatsApp assistant to send spam, marketing without consent, or unlawful content — and comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms at all times.
- Do not attempt to access another account's data or probe the platform's security.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated text and automated bookings are produced by machine models and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it commercially. Yunisphere applies validation (availability checks, overlap warnings) but does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI response.
5. Your data
Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.
6. Availability and pilot status
During the pilot, Yunisphere is provided on a best-effort basis, without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Fees
Pilot access is free. Launch pricing will be communicated before any charge applies; continued use after pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunisphere is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue arising from AI behaviour, third-party platform outages (including WhatsApp), or scheduled changes during the pilot.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
