Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: 7 AUGUST 2026

1. The service

Yunisphere is an all-in-one business app for small businesses. It provides invoicing and e-invoicing (including InvoiceNow / Peppol), quotes and jobs, appointments and scheduling, a client CRM, expenses and recurring costs, bank reconciliation, GST F5 figures, payroll and payslips, inventory, staff accounts with roles, email campaigns, customer feedback, AI document and receipt scanning, and an AI assistant (both in-app and, via WhatsApp, to your customers). Yunisphere is currently in a pilot phase: features may change, and access is by invitation.

2. Your account and staff

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you add staff accounts, you are responsible for who you invite, the roles and permissions you grant them, and everything they do in your workspace. Access may be granted, locked, or revoked by the workspace owner or by us during the pilot.

3. Acceptable use

4. Connected and third-party services

Some features work by connecting your own third-party accounts — for example Resend for email, WhatsApp / Meta for messaging, and the AI providers that power scanning and the assistant. When you connect and use those services you must also comply with their terms, and your use of them is between you and that provider. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions, or outages.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated text, document and receipt scans, and automated bookings are produced by machine models and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it commercially. Yunisphere applies validation (such as availability checks and overlap warnings) but does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI response.

6. Financial, tax and payroll information

Figures Yunisphere produces — including GST F5 numbers, financial reports, bank reconciliation, and payroll and payslip calculations — are tools to help you, not tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking every figure before you file, pay, or rely on it, and for meeting your obligations with IRAS, CPF, and any other authority. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

7. Messaging and consent

You may only send email or WhatsApp messages through Yunisphere to people who have consented to hear from you, and you must honour opt-outs and unsubscribes. You are responsible for complying with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the rules of each messaging platform.

8. Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.

9. Availability and pilot status

During the pilot, Yunisphere is provided on a best-effort basis, without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Fees

Pilot access is free. Launch pricing will be communicated before any charge applies; continued use after pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunisphere is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue arising from AI behaviour, incorrect financial or tax figures, third-party platform outages (including WhatsApp, email, or AI providers), or scheduled changes during the pilot.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
