Will the AI say things I didn’t approve?
It answers from the business brief you write — services, prices, hours, rules — plus live availability from your calendar. If a customer asks something outside that, it asks them to clarify or points them to you rather than inventing an answer.
What happens if two customers want the same slot?
The assistant checks your real calendar before confirming. A taken slot is never double-booked — the second customer is offered genuine open alternatives instead.
Do I need a new phone number?
You’ll use a WhatsApp Business number for the assistant. During the pilot we handle the connection with you — it’s a guided, one-time setup, not something you wrestle with alone.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Account data is isolated with database-level Row-Level Security, credentials never leave the server, and webhook traffic is cryptographically signature-verified. Yunisphere is built PDPA-aware for Singapore businesses.
What does it cost during the pilot?
Nothing. Founding pilots use everything free while we finish hardening the platform, and lock founding-member pricing at launch. In exchange we ask for honest feedback.
