Show your bookings on Google Calendar
Put your Yunisphere bookings on your own Google Calendar (one-way feed). Set up once — new appointments then appear on their own.
Your private calendar link:
On a computer — Google's phone app can't add calendars by link:
1. Open calendar.google.com
2. Left side: Other calendars → + → From URL
3. Paste the link → Add calendar
It then shows on all your devices. Google refreshes every few hours, so a brand-new booking can take up to a day to appear — this app always has the live version.

Connect Google Calendar (read-only import)
Bring your existing Google appointments in — including shared calendars — and keep the imported view refreshed. Yunisphere only reads your Google calendar; it never adds to or changes it. One-time sign-in with Google.

Import companies from CSV
Upload a CSV, map its columns to Yunisphere fields, preview, then import. Rows that break the rules (no company name, or Prospect/Client without contact name + email) are skipped and reported — nothing imports until you confirm.

Your booking assistant
Auto-saved ✓
Controls how your AI replies — its personality, what it knows, your hours and messages. Saves automatically as you type. New here? Type a line about your business and tap Draft with AI, then edit what it writes.
—
Sends your welcome the moment a new customer opens the chat, before they type — fires once per customer. To test, message from a number that has never contacted this business.
When a customer confirms a purchase, the assistant prepares a draft invoice and adds it to Invoices → Tracked under “Pending sales”. Nothing hits your books until you tap Approve & post. Off by default.
Where does service happen? (the assistant asks for an address only when you travel)
Turn off if you don't do bookings — the bot then only answers questions and never suggests an appointment.
Booking availability — the times the bot offers on WhatsApp
Set the hours you take bookings each day. When a customer asks to book, the assistant shows your open slots as tappable options (already-booked times are removed automatically). A day with no windows is closed. Leave every day empty to let the assistant just accept any time the customer names.
Quick-reply buttons
Up to 3 tappable buttons shown under your welcome message. For each, pick what it does when tapped: Start a booking (shows your tappable dates & times), Talk to a person (hands the chat to your team), Send a set reply (a fixed message you write), or Let assistant reply (the AI answers). Keep each label short (max 20 characters).
Live preview
How your first message looks to a customer on WhatsApp. Updates as you type.
Canned answers (FAQ)
Question → answer pairs the assistant uses for common questions (pricing, location, parking…).
Quote & deposit approval messages
Sent when a customer replies “yes” to approve a quote or confirm a deposit (Jobs → WhatsApp approve). Tokens: {name}, {title}, {amount}. Leave blank to use the defaults.
Profile photo
Shown to customers on your WhatsApp business profile. Square image works best (min 192×192, under 5 MB).
Display name
—
This is the business name customers see. WhatsApp requires a review to change it, so it can't be edited here — request a change in WhatsApp Manager (or ask us to update it for you).
Business details
0/139
0/512
Message your own bot from this number to ask about your finances — “What’s my profit this month?”, “Who owes me?”. Only you (this exact number) get these answers; customers never do. Leave blank to turn it off.
Every Monday: revenue, overdue invoices, GST due, unusual spend — to the number above. Email digest coming soon.
Questions the assistant answered without anything in your setup to go on — so it replied generically. Add a proper answer to turn one into an FAQ the bot will use next time, or dismiss it.

Edit each block — the preview on the right updates live. Buttons: set both the label and the link. Images: paste a public image link (e.g. your logo hosted on your website).
Write the entire email in HTML — no fixed layout, full control. {{name}} / {{email}} fill in per recipient, and the unsubscribe footer is always added (required by law).

GST F5 return — quarterly summary
With the accounting ledger on, every box is built from your posted double-entry journals and reconciles to your GST control accounts to the cent — set each invoice’s tax treatment (standard / zero-rated export / exempt) and each expense’s GST treatment so supplies split into the right boxes. With the ledger off, it falls back to an estimate from your tracked invoices & expenses. Either way: verify against IRAS before filing — this is prep, not a submission.
Pick a period and press Build F5 summary.
Accounting ledger — double-entry bookkeeping (beta)
Adds a proper double-entry general ledger under your invoices & expenses — the foundation for real financial statements and filing-grade GST. It runs quietly: your invoices don’t change and nothing is sent anywhere. Switching it on builds your chart of accounts and back-fills entries from your history.
Enable accounting ledger

InvoiceNow — Peppol e-invoicing — the format IRAS is phasing in
Send invoices straight onto Singapore's InvoiceNow (Peppol) network — a normal business can't do this alone. Full steps are in NEEDTOUPDATE.md. Start in Storecove's sandbox before going live.

Your data — download a backup
Export everything you’ve got in Yunisphere — clients, invoices, expenses, bookings, jobs, inventory and recurring costs — as CSV files (opens in Excel / Google Sheets). Your data is yours; no lock-in. Nothing is sent anywhere — the files download straight to this device.
Staff access — invite people with limited permissions
Invite a teammate by email and choose exactly what they can use. They sign in with their own password and only see the tools you tick — never Finance, Team/payroll, Email or Settings. You stay the owner.
Because the platform is invite-only, the account owner (Yunisphere) must also approve the staff email for first sign-in — ask for it to be whitelisted if a teammate can’t log in yet.
Email sender · Resend iYunisphere sends every email through your own Resend account on your verified domain, so your sending reputation, limits and customer replies stay yours. Connect once here; the Email tab uses it automatically.
What is Resend? It's the service that actually delivers email — think of it as your post office. Every invoice, campaign and automated email you send from Yunisphere goes out through your own free Resend account, from your own verified domain (e.g. hello@yourshop.com). That means your sending reputation, monthly limits and customer replies all stay with you — nothing routes through us. You connect it once here, and the whole Email tab starts working automatically.
